Import HubSpot data into Canva

Use the Data Connector app for HubSpot to bring CRM data directly into your Canva designs. Track trends, analyze performance, and turn raw data into engaging visuals—all in one place.

1. From the homepage, select  Apps.
2. In the search bar, type HubSpot, then select the second HubSpot app, the one labeled "Bring HubSpot CRM data to your Canva designs."
3. Select Use in existing design or Create a new one.
4. When the app opens, select Connect, then sign in to your HubSpot account and authorize Canva access.
5. Choose your data import option: Custom data or Lists.

When you import HubSpot data, it appears differently depending on how you access it:

• From Apps: Your data appears as a chart
• From Sheets: Go to Actions > Add data > HubSpot to work with table data in cells

Once connected, you can choose specific datasets to work with.

1. In the Custom Data, search or browse for a HubSpot object.
2. Select up to 20 fields to import, then click Apply.
3. (Optional) Add filters to refine the imported data.
4. Click Load data to preview your selection.
5. Click Done to import the data into your Canva design.

2. Select the list from the available options.
3. Click Load data to preview the list.
4. Click Done to import all list data into your Canva Sheet.
