Log in using Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log into Canva using your organization's existing credentials, making logging in faster and more secure. If enabled, you log in through your workplace or school account, granting access to your Canva team without needing separate login details.
Who can use this feature?
This feature is available to Canva Enterprise and Canva Education.
Log in using SSO
- Go to Canva’s website.
- On the upper corner, select Log in or Sign up.
- Select Continue with email.
- Enter your company email address.
- If SSO is required for your team, Canva will detect that you have SSO enabled. Select Continue.
- If SSO is optional for your team, Canva will ask if you want to log in via SSO. Select Continue with single sign-on (SSO).
- Enter your SSO login credentials, or select Canva from your SSO options.
Things to know about logging in using SSO
- If you’re logging in using SSO for the first time, you may also be asked to link your Canva account with your SSO provider.
- If your team admin has enabled the JIT provisioning, you’ll automatically be added to a team connected to your SSO.
I can’t log in via SSO
If you can’t log in or you’re encountering an error when logging in via SSO, it could be due to the team admin disabling the Just-In-Time provisioning setting. When this setting is turned off, it prevents users logging in via SSO from being added to the team.
Contact your team administrator to have you manually provisioned into the team.
Why am I not taken to my team after logging in with SSO?
If you do not see your team account upon logging in via SSO, contact your team admin or wait for them to approve your request to join first.

How can I access my personal content after logging in using SSO?
You can access your personal content by clicking on your profile photo from the homepage. For mobile users, tap on Menu first to see your profile photo. Under the Teams section, select your personal brand.
