Log in to Canva with your DepEd (Philippines) Email

Canva and the Department of Education Philippines have partnered to give all DepEd staff and students free access to Canva Education. Teachers and students can use premium tools and templates to enhance their classroom experience.

• Millions of images, fonts, graphics, videos, and animations

• Simple tools to manage student work
• Integrations with Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams

All teachers and staff using the official DepEd email address will have access to Canva Education through the DepEd-Canva partnership by logging in through SSO and following these steps: 

1. Go to www.canva.com 
2. Select Sign up or Log in
3. Select “Continue with email” or “Continue with DepEd email”
4. Enter your @deped.gov.ph email

5. Enter your Microsoft 365 email and password

6. You'll be redirected to your DepEd Canva Team

If you have an existing Canva account using your DepEd email address, your account and personal designs will remain intact. When you sign in using Continue with DepEd Email, you’ll be added to the official DepEd Canva team. To access your personal team, you can switch teams.

If you have a Canva account with a personal email address (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you won't lose access to it. You'll still be able to access your personal account using your personal login credentials.

If you've logged in successfully but don't see the DepEd team:

1. On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu
2. Search for the DepEd Team under the Teams section
3. If you don't see a DepEd Team, contact your Division ITO and let them know

• Check with your Division ITO to confirm your DepEd account is activated
• Double-check your account and password
• Clear cookies and cache on your browser, then try logging in again
• If the issue persists, contact your Division ITO

• For learners: contact ICT coordinator
• For school personnel or division personnel: contact Division ITO
• For regional personnel: contact Regional ITO
• For CO personnel: fill out bit.ly/DepEdCOEmail 

Try this quick fix:

1.  Choose your regional email → click “Forget login” or “Forget account.”
2.  Go to canva.com → Log in with DepEd email
3.  Enter your @deped.gov.ph
4.  Check if you’re in your DepEd Team (look for the  blue check

Yes! Canva Education is 100% free for eligible K-12 staff, teachers, and learners. With the DepEd Philippines and Canva partnership, DepEd Philippines teachers, learners, and staff receive free access to Canva Education under the Terms of Use. 

All teachers, staff, and learners with an official DepEd Philippines email address (e.g., @deped.gov.ph or learnerId@r7-1.deped.gov.ph) will have access to Canva Education.

You can reach out to the contact person in your DepEd Schools Division Office to know. 

Right now, you cannot add your students to the DepEd Canva team since they use a different DepEd email domain. You can still collaborate by sharing your designs with them.
