Add, duplicate, and delete pages
Manage your design pages by adding, duplicating, or deleting pages. Learn more about pages in the following sections.
Add new pages
In scrolling view
Add a new page by selecting (Add page) at the top corner of your current page.
In thumbnail or grid view
Select (Add page) to add a new page. It's next to the last page, or when you hover between your pages.
Switch page views
Which view am I in?
You’re in scrolling view if you can scroll through your design pages vertically on desktop and horizontally on mobile.
You’re in thumbnail view if your pages show below your design.
You’re in grid view if your pages appear as tiles in a grid.
To hide page thumbnails (scrolling view) or show them again (thumbnail view), select Pages below your design.
Designs can have up to 350 pages. If you need more, you can create a new design as a workaround. Download both designs and merge them using any file merger.
Duplicate pages
In scrolling view
On the upper corner of a page, select Duplicate page.
In thumbnail or grid view
- Click on a page to select it.
- To select multiple pages, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) on your keyboard, and click on other pages to add them to your selection.
- On the toolbar above the editor, click Duplicate page.
Shortcuts: After clicking on a page thumbnail, press Cmd + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows) to copy and Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste.
To switch between scrolling and thumbnail views, select Pages at the bottom of the editor. Hover over it to see Show page thumbnails or Hide page thumbnails.
To enter grid view, click the Grid view icon at the bottom corner of the editor.
Delete pages
Scrolling view
- Go to the page you want to delete.
- On its upper corner, click Delete page.
Thumbnails view
- Select the page you want to delete from the thumbnails.
- To select multiple pages, hold Ctrl (Windows) or ⌘ Command (Mac), then click each page.
- Right-click any of the selected pages, then select Delete page.
Grid view
- Select the page you want to delete.
- To select multiple pages, hold Ctrl (Windows) or ⌘ Command (Mac), then click each page.
- From the toolbar, select Delete page.
Rearrange pages
In scrolling view
Select the or arrow icons above your design to move pages up or down.
In thumbnail or grid view
Select and drag the selected page to its new position.
To switch between scrolling and thumbnail views, select Pages at the bottom of the editor. Hover over it to see Show page thumbnails or Hide page thumbnails.
To enter grid view, select Grid view icon at the bottom corner of the editor.
Add page titles
Adding titles to your pages is helpful when publishing designs as websites.
Add page titles
In thumbnail view:
- Hover your mouse pointer over a page thumbnail.
- Select the ellipsis icon to see more options.
- Select the pencil icon next to Add page title.
- Enter a page title.
In grid view:
- Select the page number under a thumbnail.
- Enter a page title.
In Scrolling view:
- Hover your mouse at the top corner of each page.
- Write your page title in the Add page title.
