Cancel or change a Canva Print order
You may cancel or make limited changes to your order within two hours of placing it. If you need to change the shipping address, please refer to the Change the shipping address section below.
If you need to change your order details or update your design, you have to cancel your order and place a new one.
In-store pickup orders go to production immediately, so our print partners can’t change or cancel them. Check everything before you place your order.

Cancel print order
Directly within Help Assistant:
- From the bottom of your homepage or editor, go to Help Assistant.
- Enter the prompt to cancel your print order in the text box. Alternatively, you can use the voice command by selecting the Chat using voice button.
- Choose the item you want to cancel, then follow the prompts to select a reason and confirm the cancelation.
From the Purchase History:
- From the homepage, click your profile icon, then go to Settings.
- Select Orders and invoices.
- Under the order’s Actions column, select Cancel order.
- Select the item/s you’d like to cancel.
- Select Continue.
- From the dropdown, select a cancelation reason.
- Select Cancel order to finish.
Alternatively, you can cancel your order through Help Assistant. Just go to Help Assistant at the bottom of your homepage and enter a prompt to cancel your order in the text box.
Change the shipping address
- From the homepage, click your profile icon, then go to Settings.
- Select Orders and invoices.
- Select View order.
- Select Edit address.
- Enter the correct address. You can only enter an address that’s within the same country as the original address.
- Select Update address to finish.
You can only change the shipping address of print orders within two hours of placing them. Learn how to check your print order status.
You can't change in-store pickup orders to another store or to a delivery option.
Change a Canva Print order
To change the design or order details, cancel the order first and place a new one with the corrections.
We'll process the refund immediately after cancellation. Funds are typically returned to your payment method within 10 to 20 business days, though often much sooner.
