Pay using NuPay

You can pay for Canva subscriptions and one-time purchases using NuPay if you're a Nubank customer in Brazil. Approve payments directly in your Nubank app without entering card details. Canva saves your NuPay details for future renewals automatically.

NuPay doesn’t use your card number for payments. Instead, NuPay generates a unique account number for each payment, so the number you see can change each time. This is expected and doesn’t mean your account was compromised.

NuPay refunds are usually processed quickly, but in rare cases, they can take up to 30 minutes.

If you still don’t see your refund after 30 minutes:

• Check your Nubank app for refund notifications.
• If the refund can’t be returned to the original payment method, it may be issued by bank transfer.
• Contact Canva Support if you need help tracking the refund.
