Dynamic guides in Canva Print

Dynamic print guidelines or dynamic guides simulate where the trimming, folding, or binding area on print products. These are activated on a design when the print order panel is open.

The guidelines help visualize the final product and adjust elements to ensure that any important elements won’t be trimmed off or obscured by binding before placing an order.

Dynamic guides are available for the following printable design types or products:

  • Trifold brochures
  • Bound Document
  • Notebook
