Pay with QRIS in Indonesia
You can use QRIS to pay for eligible one-time purchases in Indonesia. At checkout, scan the QR code with an Indonesian banking or e-wallet app that supports QRIS. Then approve the payment in that app.
QRIS is available in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) for one-time purchases and prepaid short-duration plans. It can't be used for recurring plans or other recurring payments. Each QRIS payment uses a new QR code, and Canva doesn't save your payment details for future use.
Understand how QRIS works
When you make an eligible one-time purchase, you'll see QRIS in the payment section.
To complete your payment:
- Select QRIS at checkout.
- A QR code for your purchase appears in a new window.
- Scan the QR code with an Indonesian banking or e-wallet app that supports QRIS.
- Approve the payment in the app.
- Return to Canva after your payment is confirmed.
Troubleshoot QRIS payments
Fix QRIS not available at checkout
QRIS is available for eligible one-time purchases and prepaid short-duration plans in Indonesia, in IDR. It isn't available for recurring plans. If you're purchasing a recurring plan, choose one of the available payment methods at checkout.
Fix QR code scan issues
Use an Indonesian banking or e-wallet app that supports QRIS. On mobile web, download the QR code first, then upload it to your QRIS app.
Return to Canva after paying in the desktop app
Close and reopen the Canva desktop app, then return to Canva's Homepage.

Can I use QRIS to pay for a Canva plan?
QRIS can be used for prepaid short-duration Canva Pro or Canva Business plans, such as 1-day or 1-week access. It can't be used for recurring plans. Choose another payment method available at checkout for a recurring plan.
Does Canva save my QRIS payment details?
No. Each QRIS payment uses a new QR code. Canva doesn't save QRIS payment details for future purchases.
