Redirect your domain to another website
We're rolling out navigation changes gradually, so some steps in this Help article may not accurately reflect what you see in the app. If you can't find Canva AI, your profile photo, or your Print cart on the homepage, go to More.
Need to redirect your website visitor to answer a form or a survey? No worries. You can redirect them from your purchased Canva domain to another website or URL page in Settings.
This is available to all users who purchased a domain through Canva. For teams, only administrators and owners can access these settings.
Redirect your domain to another website
- On the homepage, select your Account profile icon, then Settings.
- Scroll down, then select Web domains.
- Next to the domain name, select View.
- Under Website links, select Add URL redirect.
- In the Redirect from field, input your subpath.
- Note: A subpath is a part of the URL following the domain name. For example, if you have domain.com/home, “home” is the subpath. In case you leave this empty, the redirect will be from domain.com, with no subpath.
- In the Redirect to field, input the URL, which includes the domain and subpath (e.g., myotherdomain.com/subpath).
- Important: To avoid redirect loop issues, make sure to use a different subpath from the URL. For example, if you’ve published to domain.com/home, then you can’t use “home” as the Redirect from subpath.
- Select Save redirect.
- After saving, you’ll see Link redirect added under Website links. Select More to view the website or delete it.
