Request a refund for Enterprise members after consolidation
When your team moves to Canva Enterprise, some members might already have active Canva Pro or Teams subscriptions. If so, they might be eligible for a refund.
There are two ways to request a refund, depending on your team setup:
1. Use personal team archival (self-service option)
Org admins can enable personal team archival to automatically refund users with a personal (single-user) Canva Pro subscription.
When you archive a personal team, Canva will:
- End their individual subscription
- Trigger a refund for any remaining prepaid time
- Archive the personal team and disable the ability to create or edit designs
This option only works for single-user teams. For multi-user teams or shared accounts, contact us for help.
2. Request a refund through Canva Support
If the user is part of a multi-user team or if self-service isn't available, our team can help.
Here’s how:
- Go to Canva Support.
- Select Payments, pricing, and billing. Select the dropdown under Issue, then select I want to request a refund for my plan.
- Provide details about the account and subscription.
We’ll review the request and process any eligible refund.
If you subscribed through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund from them directly. Apple manages billing and refunds for App Store subscriptions.
