End your free trial

You can end your free trial early and begin your paid plan. You may want to do this if you need the higher AI allowance included in paid plan, or if you’d like to skip the trial and be billed right away for your records.

On web, you can end your trial early from your account settings or through prompts that appear when you reach your AI usage limit.

Note: The self-serve option isn't available for mobile trials started through Apple or Google.

If you can't end your trial early using the methods in this article, contact our support team.

Before contacting support, have the following information ready:

• Email address of the Canva account where you want to skip the free trial
• Confirmation that the card saved on your account is the one you want charged
• Your preferred plan: Pro or Business
• Your preferred billing interval: Monthly or yearly

After you end your trial early or we process your request:

• Your card will be charged right away for your chosen plan.
• Your free trial ends. Your paid plan begins.
• You'll have full access to all Premium features included in your plan.
• Your paid plan renews automatically. We charge your saved card each billing period.
• You'll have full access to AI allowance.

Can I end my free trial early on my own?

You can end your trial early from your account settings or through prompts that appear when you reach your AI usage limit. If you're on the mobile app, sign in on a web browser to complete the process.

Will I lose any trial days if I skip?

You’ll lose any remaining trial days if you skip your trial early. Once we charge your card, your trial ends and your paid plan starts right away. If you want to use your full trial, wait until closer to your trial end date.

Can I choose a different card for the charge?

You can choose a different card by updating your payment method in your account settings before you end your trial or contact support. Let us know in your request if you've added a new card.
