Submit Microsoft Teams assignments

Complete and submit Canva assignments directly to Microsoft Teams. Open your assignment, edit the design in Canva, and submit your work when you're ready.

In Microsoft Teams:

1. Select the Assignments tab.
2. Choose the assignment.
3. Under Reference materials, select the Canva link.

In Canva:

1. Edit the design to complete your assignment.
2. Select Submit to Microsoft Teams.
3. Select Submit.

You may need to sign into Microsoft Teams if you're not already connected.

Your teacher will be able to view your submitted design in Microsoft Teams.

If you see the error:  "Sorry, we couldn't submit your assignment to Microsoft Teams", ​​you might not have access to the assignment.

To fix this:

• Check with your teacher to make sure you're enrolled in the correct Microsoft Teams class.
• Confirm you're signed in to Canva with the same email you use for Microsoft Teams.
