If you were charged again for the same element in the same design, it’s possible that you’re editing from a different Canva account or team. Here are things that you can try.
Log into the correct Canva account
Make sure you’re in the account or team that you used to buy the element before because that’s where your licence is. Check your registered email for the purchase invoice. Make sure you’re logged in to Canva using that email address.
Be in the correct Canva team
Your purchase invoice shows the team you were in when you paid for the element. To switch to that team, from the homepage, select your account icon, then select the team name in Switch team.
If you were charged for paid elements but downloading failed, or you can’t find the Canva account or design connected to a charge, chat with Help Assistant to get help.
Please be detailed in your request and include the following:
- Link to the design with Pro elements (Sharing a link to the design makes it easier for us to help you.)
- Invoice number or the actual invoice you received (e.g. Google Play/iTunes receipt, Paypal receipt, or credit card bank statement)
- Charged amount and date
- Email addresses you may have used to sign up
