Delete Brand Templates
You can delete Brand Templates that are no longer needed to keep your brand organised. Only brand designers or admins can delete templates. Once deleted, the template will be removed from your Brand Templates.

Deleting Brand Templates
- From the homepage, go to the Brand tab.
- Select All Brand Templates.
- Hover over the Brand Template that you want to delete.
- Select the More icon.
- Select Delete.
- Select Delete to confirm.
Team admins and owners with at least view access permission of designs created within their team can move Brand Templates to another folder. They can also trash designs, images, videos, and Brand Templates.
If you’re a brand designer and can’t see your Brand Templates:
- Make sure you’re on the correct team.
- To check, click your account icon or photo from the top corner of the homepage to see if you’re in the correct team. If not, click on the team name under Switch teams.
- Your admin may have moved your Brand Templates to another folder.
To confirm this, click the Notifications icon in Canva and check for administrator notifications, where you’ll see the current folder location.
