Edit Brand Templates
You can update Brand Templates to reflect new styles, messaging, or layout changes. brand designers or admins can open templates in the editor, make changes, and save them to keep your brand materials up to date.

Updating Brand Templates
- From the homepage, go to the Brand tab.
- Select All Brand Templates.
- Hover over the Brand Template that you want to edit.
- Select the More icon.
- Select Edit original.
- Make your changes to the design.
- Once done, select Republish with changes on the menu bar above the editor.
- Click Publish and close to confirm changes.
Changes will only be visible to others after you publish the updated Brand Template. Once updated, your previous Brand Template design will be replaced.
You can invite others to collaborate on changes to a Brand Template. Only those invited to collaborate will be able to see the unpublished changes. Only brand designers and admins can publish the changes.
Any comments and comment history will be deleted once you publish.
Brand designers and administrators can delete a Brand Template, even if it’s in a folder they do not have access to.
Organisation brand designers can edit Brand Templates owned by different teams under the same organisation.
- From the homepage side panel, select Brand. Then select the All Brand Templates tab.
- In the Brand Templates tab, select More on the Brand Template you want to edit.
- Select Edit in owning team.
- You’ll be directed to the Brand Template. Select Edit in owning team.
- A pop-up confirmation will show that you’ll be switched teams. Select Switch team to confirm.
- Your current team will be switched with the team that owns the Brand Template.
