Changes to Canva Teams pricing

If you recently received a notification from us that your Canva Teams pricing was changing, we have an update for you.

Earlier this year, we discontinued our early pricing for teams on Canva, which included having up to five people at no extra cost. We planned to gradually transition Canva Teams subscribers to our standard pricing, reflecting the expanded value of our product over the past four years.

We listened carefully to the feedback we received about these changes, and we’ve decided not to change your Canva Teams plan pricing. No action is needed on your part.

If you made changes to your subscription following recent pricing updates and would like to revert to your previous setup and pricing, you can do the following:

• To undo a cancellation, go to your
  Billing page, then select Stay on Canva Teams. This option is available only if you’ve requested cancellation and your subscription is still active.
• To add members you’ve removed, refer to Add or remove people in a team or class.
• To resubscribe to your previous Canva Teams pricing after your subscription has ended due to cancellation, reach out to our support team.
• To go back to Canva Teams after switching to Canva Pro, reach out to our support team.
• To revert to your previous billing interval (monthly or yearly), refer to Change a Canva Pro or Canva Teams plan.

If you prefer to switch to the standard pricing, you can do so by cancelling your subscription and resubscribing to Canva Teams. Please note that you won't be able to go back to your previous pricing once you switch to the standard pricing.
