Create Brand Templates for Salesforce

Before the organization can use the Canva for Salesforce app to generate sales collateral, brand designers must create at least one Brand Template in Canva.

These Brand Templates have data fields that serve as placeholder values, which can be filled with data from Salesforce.

  • This feature is for Canva Enterprise only and uses Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited.
  • To publish a Brand Template, you must be a Team brand designer or admin. Learn more about Education tiers, roles, and access in this article, and find details about roles and permissions for Canva Teams and Enterprise in this one.
  • Documents and Whiteboards are not yet supported.
