The time it takes for you to receive your Canva Print order depends on the delivery type you selected and your location.
You can have your order delivered straight to your doorstep, or you can pick it up from a pickup location in select regions. Learn more about collecting your print order.

Delivery types and times
The time it takes to receive your Canva Print order depends on two things: how long your order takes to produce and the delivery method you selected at checkout.
Use this article to plan ahead before you order, or to check what to expect after you've placed one.
You can have your order delivered to your address, or pick it up from a store in select regions. Learn more about collecting your print order.
How long does it take in total?
The most accurate delivery timeframe for your order is always the one shown at checkout. It's calculated through production time and delivery time combined.
- Production takes 1–2 business days for most products. If you place your order after 5:00 PM local time, production may take an extra business day. These products take longer to produce:
- T-Shirts: 4 business days
- Notebooks: 3 business days
- Delivery depends on your shipping method and region. Refer to the table below.

Delivery timeframes are in business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in your region and the country where your order is printed.
Example: If you order express shipping in the US on a Monday before 5:00 PM, you can expect delivery by Thursday. If you order after 5:00 PM, the expected delivery date moves to Friday.
Delay in delivery
We strive to always deliver your order on time. However, there are factors outside our control that can cause delivery delays. This might include global or local events, severe weather, or delivery to more rural areas.
