Publish Canva-designed email via Klaviyo

You can now publish your Canva email designs directly to Klaviyo with formatting and images intact. This removes the need to download files, upload them manually, or edit code inside Klaviyo.

Publish email design directly to Klaviyo

Before you start

  • You must have a Klaviyo account.
  • Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Canva account.
  • You may be asked to authorize Canva to access your Klaviyo account.
  1. Open your email design in the editor.
  2. Select Share from the top menu.
  3. Select See all, then choose Klaviyo from the Messaging options.
  4. Log in to your Klaviyo account if prompted and authorize access.
  5. Choose the pages you want to publish.
  6. Select a Klaviyo campaign to upload to, or create a new one.
  7. Select Publish now.

Your email design will appear in Klaviyo, ready to send or add to a campaign.

  4. Not available in China
