Canva won’t load and is stuck on a white screen

If Canva doesn’t load past a white screen with the Canva logo, don’t worry — here's a quick workaround that should get you back to designing in no time. 

Close all Canva tabs in your browser, then open a new tab and go to www.canva.com. Sign in if needed.

 If Canva still won’t load, try updating to the latest version of your browser. Learn more about our technical requirements. 

It’s possible that JavaScript has been disabled in your browser, which is required to run Canva properly.

Here's how to turn it back on, depending on your browser:

• Google Chrome
• Apple Safari
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

Once JavaScript is enabled, refresh your browser and try accessing Canva again.
