Canva Websites overview and getting started guide

Create, publish, and manage responsive websites without coding, right inside the Canva editor. This page outlines what you can do with Canva’s website builder and links to detailed guides to help you get started.

Canva websites are only available to Canva Free, Canva Pro, Canva Teams, and Canva Education users.

See our help articles below for more details on Canva websites:

Is Canva websites a free feature?

Yes! Canva Free, Canva Pro, Canva Teams, and Canva Education users can publish websites for free. However, using a custom domain and publishing unlimited websites is only available to Canva Pro, Canva Teams, and Canva Education users.

If you're publishing a domain purchased outside of Canva, there is a limit of 5 domains. You can publish unlimited websites on those domains using a subpath.

What websites can I design?

You can create one-page websites like landing pages, event pages, newsletters, portfolios, classroom hubs, and bio link websites.

Multi-page websites are also available if you need distinct, larger pieces of content that need their own space. Each page will have its own address but remains on the same website.

How many websites can I publish?

On the free my.canva.site domain, Canva Free users can publish five (5) websites, and Canva Pro users can publish unlimited websites.

If you have existing domains that you want to use, Canva Pro users can connect up to five domains to Canva. See Using your own domains for more details.

Canva Education users can have unlimited websites on the free domain and connect up to one existing domain at a time. Teachers can also purchase a domain to publish more websites or change the name of their free Canva domain and republish their websites.

How many pages and sections can my website have?

Multi-page websites support up to 45 pages. Each page can have up to 20 sections if you're on a paid plan (Canva Pro, Canva Business, or Canva Education).

Canva Free users can design with up to 20 sections per page, but can only publish a website with up to 10 sections per page. If a page exceeds this limit, you'll be prompted to reduce the number of sections or upgrade to a paid plan to publish.
