Download or save designs to your device

You can download or save a copy of your design to your computer or mobile device. You can also download multiple designs in bulk.

More download options are available to Canva Pro, Canva Teams, Canva Business, Canva Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users, including downloading a CMYK PDF.

You can find your purchased elements in your Purchased folder. All purchases grant you a Pro Content License. 

There’s something that needs to be fixed before Canva can download your design. For example, you may have hit a daily download limit, or a video/image is still uploading.

1. Open to see what needs fixing.
2. Fix the issue (for example, wait for uploads to finish).
3. Once it’s resolved, select
   Download again.

Canva found something you may want to review before downloading. Tips share helpful info, while Warnings flag something that could affect the quality or layout of your download.

1. Review the tip or warning and the suggested action.
2. Make the suggested changes or select
   Download to continue without making changes.

• Bulk download supports PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, and GIF.
• Exports each design or page separately, depending on the file type.
• You can’t exclude pages from multi-page designs.
• Transparency and file limits apply per page for JPG and PNG.
• Only top-level folders are supported, and subfolders aren’t included.
• You can download up to five folders at a time.
• You can download up to 200 designs at once, or up to 25 designs when exporting as MP4 or GIF.
• Only one file type is supported per download, and unsupported pages won’t be included.
• The download will be a single ZIP file with all designs and folders flattened.

If you’re asked to pay before downloading a design, your design might have premium or Pro elements. If you’re using Canva for free, you can either purchase a Pro Content license, upgrade to a paid plan, or download a watermarked draft. If you’re on Pro, Teams, Business, Education, or Nonprofits, you won’t be asked to pay since element licenses are already included in your plan.

Yes, you can download specific pages or parts of your design. If you want to download specific pages only, make sure to select them from the download prompt. If you want to download specific parts of your design, learn more about downloading a selection in your design.

Some download options are limited only to Pro, Teams, Business, Education, or Nonprofit plans. These download options include bulk downloading, downloading a compressed file, downloading with a transparent background, downloading your design as an SVG, and many others.

Otherwise, you can download your design as many times as needed.

Yes, you can save your preferred download settings, such as file type and supported options. They automatically apply to new designs of the same type on your current device.
