Engage your audience with Canva Live, a feature that allows them to participate in your presentations.
Run live sessions while presenting to drum up audience participation like never before. With a simple 6 digit code, your audience can go to canva.live, join the conversation, send reactions, comments, and questions as you present.
The fear of presenting in real life often leads people to shy away from audience interaction. Now you’ve got an opportunity to plan for it - and control it. You can choose to display the audience’s questions on the screen to keep them engaged in the discussion.
Canva Live works hand-in-hand with presenter mode, meaning you’ve got everything you need for a seamless delivery. Display a flawless, uncluttered projection to your audience while seeing your notes, timer, upcoming slides, plus the live questions and comments on a separate screen.
Create a beautiful presentation in Canva, ready to present to your audience.
Whether you choose standard mode or presenter mode, start presenting your creation.
This will open a panel on the right side of your screen, which includes a button to start a new session.
This will generate your unique 6-digit code that your audience can use to log in. It’ll automatically appear at the top of your presentation so that you don’t have to tell the audience what it is yourself.
To hide the joining instructions and the question feed, click on Hide while in presentation mode.
This will also be at the top of your screen, in case you forget the address. All they need to do is go to that website on any device and enter the 6-digit code.
Now your audience will have the ability to add comments, questions, and reactions while you’re presenting.
